When May behaves like June, can June be expected to behave like May? Not likely I bet, This respite of a few sunny days is courtesy of the southwest monsoon which had been delayed by a couple of days. Today dawned bright and clear. When I stepped out to put the clothes to dry on the line I noticed that the sky was a pristine blue. Just the way I had longed to see it the past month. So then I had to go back in for the camera and take a few pictures of the lovely trees around me.

I picked up the camera today after almost two months. Now that has been one looooooong holiday!

Hi Vishal! I am well, thank you 🙂 Hope all’s good with you!
Yup I am good and glad to hear that you and your family keeping safe in such tough times.
We used to have a beautiful Spathodia tree growing in the garden on my parents’ farm – such lovely flowers they bear! There is a sense of joy and a lightening of spirit in these photographs. I have enjoyed seeing ‘your’ trees that are so different from ‘mine’.
