broken bits of fire
stitched together every morning
by kindhearted leaves
a blazing ball of fire
cut into bits every morning
by merciless leaves
The above is what happens when you look at a picture you have taken and compose diametrically opposite lines. Which one of the two do you think goes with the picture?

The first set of lines, for two reasons. One, I like to believe that leaves are kind hearted and two, it’s so difficult to break our conditioning to picture the sun as a whole disc / ball.. And hence LOVED the lines.. “Broken bits of fire”
