When your medicines are interfering with your ability to stay awake, it is time to jump into bed and have a good night’s sleep, which is exactly what I am going to do. But before that here’s a silly verse from Little Miss Loten’s Sunbird (you surely didn’t think it was from me, did you?) for your ummm… reading pleasure with pictures (now, they are mine!) to go along with it.

I am no chump
Or a grump
Not too plump
And do not have a purple rump
But I can jump
Just watch me trump

The poor quality of the first picture is regretted, but the second one makes up for it, hopefully.
