I took three pictures of the Oriental Magpie Robin that came to perch on the gate to my house. You can find the (almost) *perfect* one here. But the ones I love are these two *imperfect* ones below 🙂
Though perfection we seek
imperfection derails
and holds us in thrall;
the broken and blurred
crooked, uneven and the frayed
their beauty ill-concealed,
mysteriously enthrall….
