simply baffle
The scene stinks,
I dare not dabble
Why should I lean
left or right
It is pointless
such a waste
They all utter the same things
Hypocrisy seems the theme
While the common man lives on shoestrings

Goes back down the ages, when peasants toiled and the rich prospered… now it’s even worse… no matter who toils, the gains are all the politicos… whatever they might profess as their ideals! Ideals! Huh!

Well, politicians and selfless service don’t go hand in hand. So constructive doings must come from elsewhere, you are right.
There is no point in saying its pointless
when our house is in a real deep mess
it is our nationalistic duty to redress
and pray God helps us.
🙂 Shail, you should get elected and go to the parliament and ask ‘says who’ to all the nonsense we get to hear. Go for it girl. 🙂

Well said Shail. It is not Democracy anymore it is just Politics + Rich Businesses. Here they have laws in such a way that hides corruption big time and they do it publicly with the aid of newspapers and TV stations owned by big corporations. I used to wonder corruption is bad in India but here they will take the whole cake 🙂
