XYZ: Barbie dolls? Don’t worry, she’s kept them all away.
Me: No, no, I want to know where the ba…..
XYZ: Your bag? It must be by your bed.
Me: No, no, no. I meant ba…..
XYZ: Why do you need the basket? Are you going to the market?
Me: Will you please listen?!!! I am looking for the bottle of pain balm!
In 2018, I am going to burn to a crisp those who dare do this. I have been working hard on my withering look. 😉

I also dislike when people try to finish my sentences! I have one Aunt who does it so constantly that you actually cannot have a conversation with her! I wonder if people like her know they do it??
I wonder too. Perhaps they don’t because no one has ever done it to them?!!
Oh, this made me laugh!
I suspect I tend to do the XYZ part sometimes. Though mainly with my FIL, who struggles to get words out these days, and sighs in relief when I hit on the right word.

Helping out with those struggling for words is a rather helpful gesture.
I should practice my withering look. It doesn’t seem to work very well.
Sigh, it needs lots of serious effort especially if you are prone to let your soft side take over any moment! 🙂
