Awww…thats just so lovey-dovey! Loved it, Shail!
The right light and an obliging pair. It was a delightful photo-shoot 😀
Wow!!! what a lucky and beautiful click!!! I got a chance to look at kingfishers at a recent holiday but unfortunately, they were too quick for me!! 😦 This is a beautiful shot!!! And nice words too 😉
Thank you. for me, White-breasted Kingfishers are a regular and delightful sight. But to get them both, plus the dragonfly, in that pose was the real luck 🙂 If you’d like to see more of them, do check this: https://shailsworldofbirds.wordpress.com/category/kingfishers/
I don’t know why I can’t comment on you pictures there? But we saw the “common” kingfisher. Can’t understand why they’d be called common! They’re so beautiful! And hey, you have clicked some amazing pics!!! Wow!
Actually I have disabled comments on that blog as I simply cannot keep up! 😀 When I first heard it about the Common Kingfisher i was like, “What?!” What a beauty it is! 🙂
I get excited every time I watch them so much that friends say we will keep your child’s name after this bird..(Khandya in Marathi btw) 😀
Beautiful, romantic escapade, light and breezy:)
Haha a very apt lament I daresay! 🙂
love your combo of photo and words, each and everytime ❤
