First and foremost, happy New Year everyone! Though the wish is late by a fortnight, it is indeed a whole another year and a happy one at that, which means I am much better, and also have been gallivanting within and outside the country these past days.

Having been away from my blog for a while, I am not sure where to begin or what exactly I should write about. Believe me, plenty has been happening. I have been spent quite a few days away from home, flown across the ocean and spent some quality time with family members in a beautiful island. It is one I have been to before, and written extensively about as well. So maybe I will not jump into writing about it just yet.

There’s pending stuff from last year, waiting to be shared, and I bet my good friend Ken is getting impatient as heck for the pictures I promised….of the dogs, from my visit to Belgrade last year. Let me jog your memory. I had mentioned in an earlier post that I saw lot many of the furry four-legged kind of tail waggers during my stay there, and would be sharing there pictures soon.

Seeing the many canines on roads and parks, it appeared to me as if every other person in Belgrade owned a dog. Believe me, I was all the more happy for it. Nothing better than getting your eyeful of the little – or not-so-little – cute doggos when you are out and about. It brings a smile to your face and lifts your spirit like nothing else.

Of course, I did not have to get out of the apartment all the time to see them. The balcony of the Second Born’s house overlooks a park which meant that just sitting there was good enough to watch the different fur babies out for a walk at varying times of the day.

So here are some of the ‘dumb chums’ (as Wodehouse called them) that I managed to click.
