wide-eyed wonder
a new world revealed
to the camera-wielder
and the birds on the tree…

It seemed to be Babies’ Day Out for these Rufous Treepie chicks perched on a branch of the mango tree in my backyard. Unlike the adult birds, they weren’t bothered by the sound of the camera clicks and continued staring wide-eyed (and open-beaked) at their surroundings.
