Some days are slow and so need to be filled up.

Days can be filled with flowers. They can be the bleeding hearts you saw at the restaurant where you went to have lunch with your friends on the last day of the literature festival, or the plumerias that were brightening up the surroundings at a retirement home you visited.

Other days are filled with fun, friends and chatter, and good food in the form of salmon and chicken in the menu helping us along.

At some lunches, the Dynamite Paneer (cottage cheese) is the conversation starter to filling up the day and thus becomes a starter in more ways than one. In spite of its intimidating name, I assure you the ‘starter’ in no way did justice to its moniker. Tasty it was, but definitely not ‘dynamite’ tasty.

Deserts fill up the day by filling up the leftover space in the stomach. They come in cheesecake forms (oreo and lotus), also as banana puddings and of course, ice-creams.

Does this post fit the rambling bill? I think it does. Pictorial rambling to boot 😉
