Life, I thought, had taught me
Each and every lesson at its knee
But it seems Life is not done
There is more before I cross the canyon
No stone is being left unturned
In teaching lessons still unlearned
How can I deny Life its magnanimity??
Acceptance is the survivor’s only key…
