A drabble is a short work of fiction of around one hundred words in length. The purpose of the drabble is brevity, testing the author’s ability to express interesting and meaningful ideas in a confined space. [Wiki] So here is one from me in exactly 100 words.
“Your eyes are sexy!”
“Excuse me?”
He pointed to the ‘I’ in the notes she had given him.
“Sexy ‘I’s!”
Oh. that.
She smiled. Her capital ‘I’ had been remarked upon often enough. But none had called it sexy till now.
“You can return the notes on Monday in class!” she called out, hurrying after her friends who were walking towards the bus-stop. “I have a bus to catch!”
“Okay,” he said to the air that had replaced her.
He sighed remembering her eyes. Bright. Full of life. And sexy.
He should simply have told her he meant her eyes.

The eyes have it
She almost bit
He lettered
She skittered
He hand to head hit!
There you have it in a limerick, Gul 🙂
I think there is nothing for him to lament
she would have caught on to what he meant
now it is only a question of giving an assent
or if him she did really resent.
Your perspective 🙂
Interesting love story! Loved it!
