A flaw in this picture perfect…

A flaw in this picture perfect

The colors seem to conflict

What color shall I highlight??

I know not what is right

When I dab some soft yellow

You say it is too mellow

So many shades of the color blue

You feel none are the right hue

Will bright green do the trick??

From the colors take your pick

Violet orange or maybe indigo

Which one shall make it glow??

It is always your say.

I have no role to play

So make the conflict go away

Color it your own way…

  1. Colors and shades… ummm each one of us like different colors & shades rit? The one that looks perfect for you may not look perfect for the others. So, to make the conflict go away, it’s always better to color it their own way! :-)

  2. Bubbly, it is always better to color it the way both like. When it does not happen…. Is there any other way??

  3. May I offer an opinion about conflicts in color? We just had
one of our bathrooms renovated and repainted (last two weeks plus, just finished today) Wife picked wall color. My greatest joy could never be in another color I liked better. My only joy is knowing that any color that she wanted had my total support even before I saw it.

Aother function of poetry, Shail is that it presents different perspectives. I’m learning, my friend.

    Another great poem.

    Thanks for sharing.

  4. I figured out the perspective thing from your explanatory comment to Bubbly.

I may be slow, but by leaving early I usually get there.

  5. VERY NICE, GRAPHIC, HRP!!!

  6. delete comma between nice and graphic PLEASE

  7. Bob, great to know that you support Chris’ choice of colors, literally and figuratively!! :)
