  1. I shall wait till eternity
    for you to finish
    your counting
    and hear those
    three magical words.

Shail, nothing personal, just wanted to coin a reply :-) )

Me: That was a beautiful response Balvinder. :) I bet that’s what you’d tell Jeet (name correct??) if she were to recite these lines to you! ;)

  2. Counting the grains in the beach will take all eternity
Am I supposed to let you do that and wait patiently
Is this the sinister part of you that is always tricky
telling me that you never thought of loving me?

    I wish I could. I mean, publish !!! :)

Me: Lol, Govind, you have a new angle to it there! :D
    Hmm… about publishing
    ‘Publish’ says the public
    And I sort of panic
    Isn’t it really tragic
    Publishing is no picnic
    My writing is sporadic
    though it seems prolific
    So I remain a skeptic
And about publishing a little phobic

  3. How do you write such lovely lines?
What thoughts with what ideas combine?
    Shail your brilliance simply shines!
And your readers comments make this blogpost divine ;)

Me: Thanks IHM for the comment in verse! Yeah, I definitely like the comments too! :)

  4. Shail, do I even need to say this?

How do you write such beautiful lines? How many posts of yours I have bookmarked..you know.

Me: Oh well …. *blush blush* Thanks a lot Solilo.

Me: Oh wow a dog that appreciates poetry??! :D I took a look at your blog page and am am definitely going back for more. Thanks for dropping by Kaalicharan and the compliments.

  6. :)

“Love is like a handful of sand, for it will fall down if held too tightly and will fly away if held too lightly” …

Me: Thats a good one Nimmy :) But I believe whether you hold it tightly or lightly or just rightly (omg that rhymed!!) if it has to go it will. Just a little piece of my own philosophy. :)

  7. “Love-don’t hold it too light or too tight..Just let it free..If it fly away,it was never yours..” :)

Me: I used the phrase ‘just right’ to mean ‘let it free’ :)
